Cortijo La Reina is an emblematic farming company located in Córdoba, Spain, with a large experience dating back to the 15th century. The company manages over 4.000 ha and cultivates a diverse portfolio of more than 20 crops annually. Its distinguished reputation stems from exceptional land quality, superior production standards, and an unwavering dedication to innovation and sustainability
SISTAGRO was founded in 2022 to enhance land value through sustainable agronomy services, providing expertise to a wide range of clients and agribusinesses across Portugal and Spain
As the consultancy branch of the group, we carry this legacy forward by combining advanced technical knowledge with a long-term vision, fostering enduring professional relationships, and maintaining a culture of excellence in professionalism and ethics

Tomás Roquette Tenreiro
Partner and Managing Director with a BSc. in Agronomy from University of Lisbon, MSc. in Crop Science from Wageningen University & Research, and a PhD in Agronomy and Water Science from University of Córdoba. Brings extensive international experience in agribusiness consulting, asset valuation, farm management, crop modelling, irrigation planning, strategic water and nutrition assessment, precision agriculture, and data-driven business analytics.
José María Cabrera Millán
Partner and Managing Director with a BSc. in Industrial Engineering from Comillas Pontifical University and École Centrale de Lyon, and an Executive MBA from San Telmo Business School. Brings extensive experience in farm management, agribusiness consulting and asset valuation, agricultural investment projects, engineering solutions, and data-driven business analytics.
Juan Millán Añón
Technical Staff – Agricultural Engineer with a BSc. from University of Córdoba and international academic experience at National University of Córdoba. Focused on agronomy, farm management, and agricultural consulting, with strong expertise in multiple cropping systems, cartography, irrigation technologies, and data-driven analysis for precision agriculture.
Pablo de Palacio Ferrari
Technical Intern – Agronomy with a BSc. from University of the Republic (Montevideo) and an MBA from ICADE Business School. Contributes to agronomic and financial analysis within farm management and agricultural investment advisory projects.
