Our firm is deeply rooted in the legacy of Cortijo La Reina, a renowned family-owned farming enterprise in southern Spain. With decades of experience spanning multiple generations, it reflects agricultural excellence, enduring tradition, modern advancements, and long-term resilience

Cortijo La Reina is an emblematic farming company located in Córdoba, Spain, with a large experience dating back to the 15th century. The company manages over 4.000 ha and cultivates a diverse portfolio of more than 20 crops annually. Its distinguished reputation stems from exceptional land quality, superior production standards, and an unwavering dedication to innovation and sustainability

SISTAGRO was founded in 2022 to enhance land value through sustainable agronomy services, providing expertise to a wide range of clients and agribusinesses across Portugal and Spain

As the consultancy branch of the group, we carry this legacy forward by combining advanced technical knowledge with a long-term vision, fostering enduring professional relationships, and maintaining a culture of excellence in professionalism and ethics

We are a team of independent, motivated, and highly skilled individuals. Our team collaborates closely with the technical department of Cortijo La Reina and a strong network of local consultants and crop experts, enabling us to tailor our approach to the unique needs of each project. SISTAGRO was co-founded by the two current managing partners.

Tomás Roquette Tenreiro

BSc. in Agronomy (University of Lisbon), MSc. in Crop Science (Wageningen University), PhD in Agronomy and Water Science (University of Córdoba). Solid international experience in agronomy-related subjects: agricultural advice; crop modelling; irrigation planning; strategic assessment of agricultural water use and crop nutrition; precision agriculture; data science and business analytics.

José María Cabrera Millán

BSc. in Industrial Engineering (Pontifical University of Comillas & École Centrale Lyon), MSc. In Executive Business Administration (San Telmo Business School). Solid experience in farm management, agricultural investment projects, engineering solutions and business analytics.
